1. Automatic renewal
Pro costs $12 per month or $120 per year and renews automatically through Stripe. There is currently no free trial.
2. Cancelling
You can open Stripe Billing Portal from your Explixit account and schedule cancellation at the end of the current billing period. No new renewal is charged after cancellation. Pro remains available through the paid period and then returns to Free.
3. Refund requests
Except where required by law, for duplicate charges, for technical billing errors, or when we explicitly agree, a billing period that has begun is generally not refunded automatically. Contact explixitai@outlook.com from the purchasing account's email address and include the Stripe receipt or invoice number. Never send a card number or CVC.
4. Entitlement changes
A partial refund does not automatically end Pro. Pro access stops immediately after cumulative full refund of the current period, a dispute, payment failure, or the actual end of the subscription. There is no extra payment grace period. Existing papers, highlights, comments, and notes are not deleted merely because the account returns to Free.
5. Stripe processing
Stripe returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method, bank, and Stripe. Stripe may send a refund receipt to the original billing email.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit consumer-protection rights that applicable law does not allow a contract to exclude.
